I’m currently designing AI features into products at Intuit.
I'm a Staff Designer at Intuit, working on the Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) to build an AI-driven platform that connects customers with experts and enhances workflows, tools, features, and capabilities to help experts serve end-customers effectively.
Previously, I was the lead experience designer across a handful of online universities, where I spearheaded the strategy and user experience for top-of-funnel marketing and website optimization, effectively converting prospective students into enrolled learners.
